Howdy! I'm Grace Markus, a photographer, producer, theater kid at heart, matcha enthusiast, and professional appreciator of a good main-character moment.

So, how did I get here?

I've always been interested in cameras. My mom had one when I was growing up, and I was always getting my hands on some kind of digital camera. But photography didn't really become photography for me until college.

I studied Electronic Media at Northern Kentucky University, which meant I was around cameras, production, and storytelling all the time. During my senior year, I was asked to photograph a student-led theater production. I gave it a whirl... and absolutely loved it.



I volunteered to photograph more productions, kept practicing with friends and family, graduated, and somehow just kept finding myself behind the camera. Eventually, I got serious enough to realize that this wasn't just something I enjoyed. It was something I was really getting the hang of, and something I wanted to build.

And here we are!
